Midway through a blizzard.
State of Emergency declared, (That means it’s illegal to drive unless you’re a snow plow, emergency vehicle, or going to the hospital.)
Still have heat, water, electric and internet.
And bytes and bytes of good books on the Kindle.
I wish this happened more often.
Safe, happy and wishing my neighbors the same. One day of nothing but what you will. (Although I am doing the laundry, just in case we lose power.)
Tomorrow comes cleanup.
