These guys goofing around always puts me in the mood for some proper tradition. Although General Tso’s Chicken wouldn’t be a bad one to begin. Here’s a gluten-adaptable version with cauliflower. I’d use coconut flour, wheat-free tamari and some palm sugar or erythritol (no glycemic load; carbs pretty much cancelled by the sugar alcohol) for the mirin.
